The only difference in the connections between the VAHS Lite and VAHS Pro is
using Phono Plug Adapter (274-1553) to add the Subwoofer

We normally ship each unit with all cables already connected.
All that is left to do is connect the External Coil, Sound Tube and Sub woofer.
Then attach either the CD player or Computer

6' Y adapter audio connecting cable part number is, 42-2539 (1 required)
4" Y adapter audio connecting cable part number is, 42-2535 (2 required)
Phono to 1/8' adapter - used to plug into the earphone audio output of a portable CD player or Computer.
The radio shack part number is, 274-378 (1 required)
The female to female Phono Plug coupler - used to connect the sub woofer cable to one end of the 4" Y adapter.
The radio shack part number is 274-1553 (1 required) for connecting the sub woofer

*1. Add external Scalarwave Coil leads to Channel 1 (red jack) Red to Red – Black to Black
*2. Connect Sound Tube leads – Channel 2 (white jack) Red to Red – Black to Black

VAHS Pro has a Phono Plug coupler (274-1553) installed on one side of 4" Y adapter (42-2535)
Plug the 10' cord that came with the subwoofer into this coupler
Do not add any external speakers to the subwoofer the sound tube will also handle the higher frequencies

The other side of Y adapter plugs into channel 2 White RCA Jacks - then connects to computer or CD Player

Volume 1 controls the power output to the internal and external Scalarwave Coil and the LED Light Pad.
Adjust Volume 1until LED's Discs flash when audio plays
The 4 LED's on the Disc should always flash whenever audio is playing
Volume 2 controls the audio output to the Sound Tube

If you see either LED clipping light located to the right of the volume controls
flashing - lower the respective volume control

Rolls Amplifier instructions concerning the BURN WARNING!

It reads: THE FRONT PANAL OF THE RA235 IS THE HEAT DISTRIBUTION FOR THE OUTPUT STAGES. IF THE UNIT IS OPERATED AT HIGH VOLUMES, IT MAY GET HOT.

The amplifier should operate, warm to the touch. If the amplifier gets to hot to the touch then it is being Overdriven. If the front LED clipping lights stay on it is being overdriven. Turn the volume down. Turn The volume down on the CD player if necessary. DO NOT OVERHEAT THE AMPLIFIER OR YOU WILL BE DISTORTING THE AUDIO OUTPUT AND NOT ACHIVING THE PROPER RESULTS. YOU COULD ALSO BURN OUT THE INTERNAL SCALARCOIL AND EXTERNAL SPEAKER.
