Adding the subwoofer is the only difference in the connections between the VAHS Lite and VAHS Pro

VAHS Lite Connections

VAHS Pro Connections

We normally ship each unit with all cables already connected.
All that is left to do is connect the External Coil and Sound Tube for the VAHS Lite or
connect the External Coil and add the Sound Tube and subwoofer for the VAHS Pro.
Then attach either the CD player or Computer

6' Y adapter audio connecting cable part number is, 42-2539
4" Y adapter audio connecting cable part number is, 42-2535
Phono to 1/8' adapter - used to plug into the earphone audio output of the portable CD player or Computer.
The radio shack part number is, 274-378
The female to female Phono Plug coupler - used to connect the subwoofer cable to one end of the 4" Y adapter.
The radio shack part number is 274-1553 (1 required) for connecting the subwoofer

*1. Add external Scalarwave Coil blue leads to Channel 1 blue leads
*2. Connect Sound Tube leads to Channel 2 Red to Red – Black to Black

VAHS Pro has a Phono Plug coupler (274-1553) installed on one side of 4" Y adapter (42-2535)
Plug the 10' cord that came with the subwoofer into this coupler
Do not add any external speakers to the subwoofer the sound tube will also handle the higher frequencies

The other side of Y adapter plugs into channel 2 White RCA Jacks - then connects to computer or CD Player

Volume 1 controls the power output to the internal and external Scalarwave Coil and the LED Light Pad.
Adjust Volume 1until LED's Discs flash when audio plays
The 4 LED's on the Disc should always flash whenever audio is playing
Volume 2 controls the audio output to the Sound Tube

If you see either LED clipping light located to the right of the volume controls
flashing - lower the respective volume control

Rolls Amplifier instructions concerning the BURN WARNING!

It reads: THE FRONT PANAL OF THE RA235 IS THE HEAT DISTRIBUTION FOR THE OUTPUT STAGES. IF THE UNIT IS OPERATED AT HIGH VOLUMES, IT MAY GET HOT.

The amplifier should operate, warm to the touch. If the amplifier gets too hot to the touch then it is being Overdriven. If the front LED clipping lights stay on it is being overdriven. Turn the volume down. Turn The volume down on the CD player if necessary. DO NOT OVERHEAT THE AMPLIFIER OR YOU WILL BE DISTORTING THE AUDIO OUTPUT AND NOT ACHIVING THE PROPER RESULTS. YOU COULD ALSO BURN OUT THE INTERNAL SCALARCOIL AND EXTERNAL SPEAKER.

Install a CD into CD player and make sure the CD plays. Plug audio lead from VAHS system into earphone jack. Turn both amplifiers on. Adjust volume controls on top amplifier until the LED's on both light pads flash whenever audio is playing. note...If you see the Red Clipping LED next to the volume control staying on, the volume for that channel is set to high.

Adjust the volume control for the sound tube to a comfortable listening level. The subwoofer has it's own adjustments on the back.

If you have a VAHS Lite then place the imprinting concentrate into external coil and hold it in a comfortable position during the session. Place the external lite pad into the navel (led's inward) . This helps stimulate the internal system.
If you have a VAHS Pro then place the imprinting concentrate on the quartz crystal bowel on top of the VAHS system. Place the round quartz's crystal disc, then the rod and finally the inert gas insert into the external coil and hold it in a comfortable position during the session. Place the external lite pad into the navel. This helps stimulate the internal system.

All computer systems will require adjustments to their audio output and microphone levels. These must be adjusted to higher levels before using the VAHS system. Once the audio output and microphone have been adjusted then use the same procedures stated above to adjust the operating levels when attached to your computer.

Please remember to go to your computer CONTROL PANNEL and change the default power to maximum. You do not want your computer to go into hibernation or sleep mode while operating the VAHS software.

Sometimes, there are difficulties with laptop units due to the constraints of the hardware/operating system required for mobility. Basic entry level laptops are not a replacement for desk top systems. They are subject to heat restraints forcing them to use cooler running chip sets, CD burners and usually lesser quality audio and graphics cards. If you are considering purchasing any computer and especially a laptop, please buy the best you can afford not the special sale item. Look for quality CD burners and high end gaming audio and graphic cards.

Any high end laboratory software program like our Voice Analysis Hydration System (VAHS) is math driven and utilizes high number crunching. High end chips sets like P4's etc work best.

Gaming computers with good CD burners and sound cards should also be considered.

Make sure the computer has a minimum of 512MB of Ram or more and at least 1 gig for Vista

Be sure to plug in the laptop and change the power mode to maximum power when using the Voice Analysis Hydration System. There have been reports where the laptop has gone into the hibernation mode while burning a CD. You want to make sure the power system remains constant and the laptop remains on during the complete session.

Our software uses the burning features built into the Microsoft WindowsXP and Vista operating system and has been extensively tested on multiple configurations.

If you are still having problems burning CD's try the following in sequential order.

1. Ensure you are running WindowsXP Service Pack 2 (Direct X and NetFrame must be brought up to date)
2. Install any updates from Microsoft.
3. Install any updates from your hardware manufacturer.
4. Update any device drivers for your CD-Burner.
5. Remove any other CD-Burning software, especially InCD.
6. Replace your CD-Burner with a USB CD-Burner unit
